Every state-changing action in Compass Enterprise is written to an append-only audit log — immutable, timestamped, and queryable. No action can be erased retroactively. Org-scoped isolation means your workspace data never touches another organization's row.
Privacy posture is deny-by-default: roles must be explicitly granted access to each data scope. There is no opt-out of security — it is the architecture, not a feature flag.
Bulk provisioning. Staged rollout.
Large organizations cannot onboard one user at a time. Compass Enterprise supports bulk and CSV-based user provisioning — import your org chart, assign roles, and set team boundaries in a single operation. Staged rollout lets you deploy by department or business unit without disrupting the whole org.
