In an emerging market, replacement is not a neutral option.

In developed economies, AI that trims headcount is a cost decision. In Indonesia it is a social one — office work is the path out of the informal sector for millions of people, and the fear of AI arrives faster than the technology itself.

An integrator that wins here has to deliver AI in a way that grows the workforce, not removes it. That constraint is our advantage, and it is increasingly true everywhere — EU regulation, union pushback, internal resistance.
